CREDIT UNION BOARD OF DIRECTORS & STAFF MEMBERS:
Steve Dahlman: Chairman, Board of Directors Steve was raised in Nebraska and the eastern slope of Colorado. He went to college at Mesa State College and moved to Montrose in 1979. He is currently employed at Community Options where he has been since 1982. He is married and has two children. Steve enjoys the outdoors and all the activities Colorado has to offer. Scott Butler: Vice Chair, Board of Directors Scott was born and raised in Colorado. He attended school in Montrose. He and his family owen and operated a retail lumber yard for 10 years. Scott is currently the operations manager for Outwest Drywall Supply. Scott served 9 years on the Re-1J School board, was a member of the Montrose Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, a member of the Habitat for Humanity board, and is currently a member of the Montrose County Sheriffs Advisory Committee. Scott and his wife Lisa love western Colorado and enfoy the rural life with their children and grandchildren. Teri Reed: Manager
Teri has worked at San Juan Mountains Credit Union for ten years, starting as a teller and working her way up. She is a Montrose area native. Teri and her husband live in the Montrose area.
Marvella Scharf: Assistant Manager Marvella has lived in the Montrose area most of her life and has worked for the Credit Union for nine years. She has a wealth of experience in all departments of the CU. Marvella & husband Steve live in the Olathe area. She come to San Juan Mountains Credit Union with 5 1/2 years of banking experience. She has experience in many areas of banking including tellering, new accounts and loans. Lynne and her husband Steve have two daughters, Jenny and Cindy. They enjoy most outdoor activities including riding their snowmobiles and 4-wheelers. Tara Salazar: Consumer Loan Officer
Tara has lived in the Montrose area all of her life. She has worked here at the Credit Union and an area Bank for the last 13 years. Please come in and see Tara for all your loan needs.

Ashley Cave: Back office Assistant
Ashley moved to Montrose from California 16 years ago. She attended Montrose High School. Ashley loves anything outdoors including fishing, hiking, camping and most of all horse back riding. Ashley looks forward to meeting and helping any of our present and future members.

Debbie Mills: New Accounts and Teller Supervisor Debbie moved to Montrose at age six, and graduated from Montrose High School in 1977. She has 28 years of local banking experience, is widowed and has one adult daughter. Her most treasured time is spent with family and friends. Debbie is also an active member of the Montrose christian church.

Laurie Dahlman: Teller
Laurie started working at San Juan Mountains Credit Union in January 2002. You may have recognized Laurie from the Park Avenue True Value Hardware Store where she had worked for fourteen years. Laurie moved to Montrose in 1979, when she married her husband, Steve. Steve and Laurie have two children, Bryce and Alyssa . As a family they enjoy camping, fishing, and ski trips.
